Features
Room types with capacity, amenities and photos. Rooms by floor with clean, dirty, inspected or out-of-order status. Rack, B&B, half and full board, corporate and seasonal rates, resident and non-resident prices, in RWF or USD.
Search availability, book single rooms or groups, take deposits and guarantees. The tape chart shows rooms by day; drag a booking to move it. Double bookings are refused by the database itself.
Arrivals, departures and in-house lists. Check-in with ID or passport, nationality, purpose of visit and vehicle. Room moves, early arrival and late check-out.
Room charges posted every night, extras from the restaurant, bar, laundry and tours. Split a bill, send the room to a company account, invoice it and track what is still owed.
Menu, tables, orders sent to a kitchen ticket screen, bills paid at the table or charged to a room. Discounts and voids need a reason and, above the limit, a manager's approval.
Room status board, a daily task list per attendant, mark rooms clean or inspected, maintenance and out-of-order blocks, and a lost and found log.
One button posts the night's room charges, turns no-shows into no-shows, rolls the business date and prints the daily report pack.
Guest profiles with stay history, preferences, VIP and blacklist flags. A guest register report with name, nationality, ID or passport and dates, ready for the authorities.
Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue by department, source and rate plan, forecast, city ledger aging, cash-up by user, POS sales and stock alerts.
Check-out
Corporate guests often pay their own dinner and drinks. Split the folio at check-out: the room goes to the company account on the city ledger and is invoiced, the extras are paid by MoMo on the spot.
Example month: 36 rooms, 742 room-nights sold. Folio, split and occupancy maths are covered by automated tests.

FAQ
Not yet. Your booking page sends a request with dates, room type and contact details. The front desk confirms it and takes the deposit by MoMo, card or bank as usual.
No. There is no channel manager yet. Bookings from those sites are entered by the front desk with the site as the source, so reports still show where guests come from.
No. Guests pay by MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card, bank or cash as they do today, and you record the payment with its reference.
No. The app prints its own receipts and invoices with your TIN. It is not connected to the RRA EBM system.
Yes. The POS works for walk-in customers too: pay at the table, or charge to a room when the customer is a guest.
